Guarantee and refunds

If the membership is not what you expected, we refund 100% of your first purchase if you request it within 15 days of payment, no questions asked.

How to request it

• If you purchased through Hotmart, request it from your purchase in Hotmart or write to us.
• If you paid by card on the campus, write to us at campus@apitherapy.co or on WhatsApp using the support button.

What happens next

• We refund the same card. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
• Access is closed, and the certificates issued with that purchase are revoked.
• Annual renewals have no guarantee, but you can cancel the renewal before its date from “My account”.
